    Your roosters are magnificent, getting even more so as the series progresses. I'm amazed at how fast you seem to create them - it's surely a time-intensive process? Wish I could get to a workshop!

    Cathy, I work at night and on the weekends. last night I was working on the collage portion of one of these from 9pm until 3am! It is time intensive but I do it in steps. First I do the drawing, then I do the underpainting, then I work on the collage. these are all 20x24 so they are manageable and I like to be spontaneous and impressionistic so I don't usually go much bigger than that.
